"I ordered a custom item based on an idea I had, I contacted Ouros and described the ring I was looking for. With their suggestion I looked for images of rings with design elements I had in mind and provided them to Ouros. Based on a few pictures and my written description, Ouros turned around a CAD in 2 days that bought to life what I had in mind! I asked for a few small tweaks and they were made promptly and without hesitation. After finalizing the designing and putting down my payment, Ouros shared a rough timeline for producing the ring and kept me updated along the way with images and videos shared at a major halfway point. Once the ring was complete, they shared videos of the ring for me to check whether it matched the CAD. Mine matched perfectly and I approved its shipping. Order shipped the next day and was delivered a week later. I've now had the ring 2 days and haven't taken it off! After some correspondence regarding sizes, estimated carat weight and particular dimensions we agreed on a price and estimated time of delivery. I paid the additional fee for the IGI certification, which I am glad I did as this just confirmed the quality of the stones I purchased. I am really happy with the stones, the jeweller I have dropped them into reports they look well cut and very well matched to the centre stone I already have. I appreciated the communication via WhatsApp, I was updated at every step of the process. The delivery was within time frame, with a tracking number that worked all the way from their stone cutters in India to my front door. I will use them again for future loose diamonds as I feel their product is of the excellent quality they claim and I had really good customer service."

"They do an excellent job keeping me posted of the whole process. The diamonds are very shiny. The pricing is very reasonable and transparent. It is a reputable lab diamond retailer that I can count on. Most of their products have photos of model wearing them. Unfortunately the earrings I bought did not have nay photo of model wearing nor any measurements. They turn out to be a lot smaller than what I had expected. Had I known that, I would probably not choose this pair. That is the only downside."

I found Ouros via recommendations on Reddit. I reached out to ask if their gold is nickel free, and it is, so I was able to order. They were able to send me all the details (including e-certificates and a video) of the stones I ordered and once I paid the USPS tracking showed that they shipped the earrings the same day. When they arrived we compared them to a pair of earrings we had bought for THREE TIMES THE PRICE from another internet diamond store and the ones from Ouros are both larger and clearer for MUCH LESS MONEY!!!
